In fall of 2017 Schneller Home Design went from a part time business to my Full Time passion. I am now able to spend more time meeting with clients and working on more diverse projects.

I'm a native of Central Missouri. I have an Associate’s Degree in Design Drafting from Linn State Technical College. I started framing and carpetry work in 1995 when I helped my grandfather build his house, it has been non-stop since that time. I spent 16 years designing and estimating for a consturction company in Columbia, Mo. On avarage I design around 70-80 projects a year. These projects vary from Lake homes, garages, additions, interior remodeling, shouses, spec houses, or custom homes.
Personaly; I have two daughters who have an eye for design. I enjoy boating, fly fishing, landscaping, and remodeling my 85 year old home (as seen below). Recently we added a puppy to the household who encourges me to slip away from the computer for a walk.
I have been designing and drafting house plans in Lake of the Ozarks, Columbia and Jefferson City Missouri area since 2000. In recent years I have had the privalage to work with clients all over the state, many I have never met in person. It is amazing how technoligy allows us to comunicate and work together to acheive a goal.
I have an Degree in Design Drafting from Linn State Technical College. My goal is to help my clients have a house designed to fit their life style.
From 2001 through 2017 I was the Design - Estimator for Kliethermes Homes and Remodeling in Columbia, Missouri. We won many awards and completed a vast array of construction projects.
What I do: custom home plan design, remodeling plans, additions, revising existing plans, 3D drawings, landscape design and any residential drafting.
I love to be involved in the changing world of home building. I am excited by new products and love to revisit old world design styles and principles. My house plans tend to be more open concept designs with a mix of traditional elements.
I am often asked what is my favorate design style. I really don't have one, I am more excited to meet my customers design expectaions. I do enjoy a challenging remodel project.
In January of 2014 Schneller Home Design was awarded best of Houzz 2014.
